Deck overview

This deck is a Temur Dragon tribal strategy led by Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm. It focuses on accelerating mana through 2-to-3 CMC artifacts, land ramp, and Dragon cost-reducers to cast Miirym ahead of curve on Turn 4 or 5. Once Miirym is on the battlefield, every subsequent nontoken Dragon creates a nonlegendary token copy, doubling the deck's board presence, triggered abilities, and combat power. The deck uses explosive payoffs like Atarka, World Render, Terror of Mount Velus, and Scourge of Valkas to establish a must-answer threat on Turn 6, closing the game around Turn 8 through overwhelming aerial attacks or non-combat ETB burn. Card draw engines like Elemental Bond and Garruk's Uprising trigger twice per Dragon cast to keep resources flowing. While resilient in combat, the deck relies on natural draws due to a lack of tutors and remains susceptible to resolved board sweepers.
