Deck overview

This Izzet deck is built around Ovika, Enigma Goliath, utilizing an extensive package of artifact mana rocks and cost reducers to cast its 7-mana commander ahead of curve. Once Ovika enters the battlefield, every noncreature spell creates a swarm of 1/1 Phyrexian Goblin tokens with haste equal to that spell's mana value. The deck converts these tokens into massive card advantage through Skullclamp and convoke draw spells like Harmonized Crescendo. It finishes games rapidly through combat damage bolstered by anthem artifacts such as Chronicle of Victory or direct burn from Goblin Bombardment. Built-in protection from Ovika's ward ability helps shield the commander while the deck chains spells together to eliminate the table across turns 6 and 7.
