Deck overview

Kelsien, the Plague is a Mardu equipment voltron deck that turns the commander's tap-ping into experience counters, making him a growing threat while clearing blockers. The primary plan is to tutor heavy equipment (Colossus Hammer, Kaldra Compleat, Fireshrieker) onto Kelsien and win by one-shot commander damage, repeated over three combat turns. Secondary paths use Sun Titan recursion, big artifact creatures (Metalwork Colossus, Mycosynth Golem), and Otharri, Suns' Glory as a hidden commander with its own experience/rebel engine. Damage multipliers like City on Fire and Torbran improve Kelsien's sacrificial-ping role but do not change the main combat kill.
