Gruul Rules by Tonenheimer

Format: Commander

Commander: Radha, Heir to Keld

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a Gruul battlecruiser deck built around ramp and high-power creatures. Radha, Heir to Keld serves as an optional turn-2 mana source and attacker, but the deck does not build around her; there is no hidden commander. The main plan is to use 4-mana land-searching sorceries, then deploy Thunderfoot Baloth, Klauth, Kogla, and Soul of the Harvest to out-muscle opponents. Secondary engines-Sunbird's Invocation, Creative Technique, Wondrous Crucible, and Mosswort Bridge-provide free spells and card advantage. There are no infinite combos; the win comes from trampling combat turns, often accelerated by Klauth's postcombat mana. The deck is vulnerable to board wipes and has almost no stack interaction.
