Deck overview

This Sultai deck harnesses Brinelin, the Moon Kraken and Ikra Shidiqi, the Usurper to fuel a high-velocity Sea Monster tribal strategy. It accelerates through the opening turns with dense 1-to-2 CMC ramp, quickly establishing value engines such as Kiora, Sovereign of the Deep and Imoti, Celebrant of Bounty. Once online, the deck casts high-mana Krakens, Leviathans, Octopuses, and Serpents, triggering cascades and massive card draw through Up the Beanstalk and Garruk's Uprising. On Turn 6, it locks down opposing boards using Stormtide Leviathan, Hullbreaker Horror, and Koma, Cosmos Serpent, or executes one-sided resets with Whelming Wave and Scourge of Fleets. The deck finishes games cleanly on Turn 8 by crashing through with unblockable, trampling sea monsters and exponential 9/9 token swarms from Spawning Kraken.
