Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a mono-black Ninja/Rogue tribal deck helmed by Boss Uramon, Shadow's Reach, built around the ninjutsu mechanic. The core loop is to attack with cheap evasive creatures (Changeling Outcast, Dauthi Slayer), then ninjutsu in value Ninjas like Okiba-Gang Shinobi, Biting-Palm Ninja, and Ink-Eyes, Servant of Oni to trigger combat-damage effects. The commander grants deathtouch to all attacking Ninjas and Rogues and converts every successful hit into a 1/1 Rat Rogue token, feeding both a go-wide Rat swarm (Marrow-Gnawer, Ogre Slumlord) and heavy devotion for Gray Merchant of Asphodel. A substantial Swamp-ramp package (Crypt Ghast, Nirkana Revenant, Magus of the Coffers) accelerates into drain finishers like Wound Reflection and Gray Merchant of Asphodel, while a reanimation suite (Reanimate, Animate Dead, Dread Return) recovers key pieces. The deck wins through incremental combat damage, token swarm, and life-drain rather than any fast combo.
