Deck overview

This Grixis deck focuses on combat-phase spell copying and aggressive firebending mechanics led by Fire Lord Azula. Azula generates two temporary red mana whenever she attacks and duplicates any spell cast while she is in combat. The deck leverages this ability by casting instant-speed burn spells, combat tricks, and removal during attacks to generate double the value. A supporting cast of Fire Nation nobles, soldiers, and legendary allies such as Avatar Roku, Firebender, Ozai, the Phoenix King, and Zuko, Avatar Hunter widen the board and convert combat mana into lethal damage. Card flow is supplemented through Clue generation, combat-triggered card draw, and Lesson spells searched by Lo and Li, Twin Tutors. The deck wins by snowballing combat damage over multiple turns, using high-power tramplers and copied burn spells to dismantle opposing boards and eliminate opponents one by one.
