Just Hoppin Around by BurritoBoi

Format: Commander

Commander: Kwain, Itinerant Meddler

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Kwain, Itinerant Meddler leads a group-hug control deck that gives opponents cards and then punishes them for having them. The primary plan is to flood the table with forced draw from Kwain, Temple Bell, Howling Mine, and Kami of the Crescent Moon, then convert that draw into wins through Psychosis Crawler, Iron Maiden, Ebony Owl Netsuke, or decking with Jace, Wielder of Mysteries and Laboratory Maniac. Smothering Tithe and Forced Fruition turn opponent draw into mana and further draw. A secondary infinite-mana engine with Isochron Scepter and Dramatic Reversal provides an instant win when paired with a draw outlet.
