New Untitled Deck by Edo21

Format: Commander

Commander: Olivia, Opulent Outlaw

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Olivia, Opulent Outlaw leads an aggressive Mardu typal deck focused on outlaws, including Assassins, Mercenaries, Pirates, Rogues, and Warlocks. The primary strategy establishes early evasive outlaws to trigger Olivia and secondary engines like Grim Hireling, rapidly producing Treasure tokens. The deck converts this artifact hoard into massive board presence by activating Olivia to place +1/+1 counters on all creatures or using Vihaan, Goldwaker to animate Treasures into 3/3 attackers. Alternate win conditions include an upkeep trigger from Revel in Riches, alpha strikes facilitated by Akroma's Will, and an infinite combat loop combining Port Razer with Helm of the Host.
