Commander: Laughing Jasper Flint

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a Rakdos Outlaw tribal theft deck helmed by Laughing Jasper Flint, built around exiling opponents' cards and casting them. The primary game plan is to deploy a critical mass of outlaws (Mercenaries, Rogues, Warlocks, Assassins, Pirates) to fuel Jasper Flint's upkeep trigger and then use the stolen spells to overwhelm opponents. The deck leans heavily on combat, with Port Razer enabling extra combat phases, and a suite of creatures that exile and allow casting from opponents' libraries. Secondary value comes from the Cool but Rude Class (which eventually tutors) and Stolen Strategy. The win condition is incremental combat damage through a growing army of evasive creatures, theft-based card advantage, and the occasional explosive turn with multiple combats.
