Kilo, the dirty Mind by sup3rbuddha

Format: Commander

Commander: Kilo, Apogee Mind

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Jeskai deck is a poison/infect proliferate build. Kilo, Apogee Mind turns any tap into a proliferate, and the deck gives it many tap outlets: combat, Quicksilver Dagger, Relic of Legends, and Station craft. The primary plan is to put one poison counter on each opponent early via Prologue to Phyresis or toxic attackers, then compound with Kilo taps, cheap proliferate spells, and Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus, who doubles every proliferation. A secondary voltron line equips Grafted Exoskeleton to Kilo or an unblockable infect creature. Win bursts come from Expansion Algorithm or Radstorm once opponents are poisoned. There is no double-faced commander, but Tekuthal is the closest hidden commander because it doubles the deck's central action.
