Deck overview

This deck is a classic Gruul Dragon Tribal Stompy list commanded by Atarka, World Render. Its primary strategy revolves around accelerating mana during the opening turns with dorks, cost reducers, and land ramp, then casting powerful flying Dragons. Once Atarka enters the battlefield, her triggered ability grants all attacking Dragons double strike, transforming a moderate air force into a lethal game-ending threat. The deck deals massive bursts of aerial combat damage and can eliminate an opponent in a single combat phase. While the deck possesses explosive damage potential and high redundancy in threats, it operates at sorcery speed and relies heavily on natural card draws for protection and interaction. Board wipes and well-timed instant-speed removal directed at Atarka present the most significant hurdles to its straightforward, aggressive game plan.
