Yuma Optimized by kaosthry

Format: Commander

Commander: Yuma, Proud Protector

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Yuma, Proud Protector is a Naya lands-matter deck that uses self-mill and fetch/Desert sacrifice to lower its commander's cost and convert graveyard lands into card draw and 4/2 Plant Warrior tokens. It advances through Landfall token generation (Omnath, Scute Swarm, Field of the Dead, Felidar Retreat) and wins by overrunning with Craterhoof Behemoth, Finale of Devastation, or Purphoros token triggers. Yuma's enters/attack trigger turns sacrificed lands into cards while Desert recursion from Ramunap Excavator, Crucible of Worlds, and Life from the Loam keep the chain going. No hidden commander exists; the double-faced utility cards help transform into lands later.
