Sissay by Chancharro

Format: Commander

Commander: Sisay, Weatherlight Captain

Bracket: 5

Deck overview

This is a high-power five-color legendary toolbox deck helmed by Sisay, Weatherlight Captain. Sisay is a repeatable command-zone battlefield tutor: she grows with each color among other legendary permanents you control and activates for {W}{U}{B}{R}{G} to put any legendary permanent with lesser mana value directly onto the battlefield. The deck leverages dense fast mana, legendary dorks, and value engines (Kinnan, Bonder Prodigy, Bloom Tender, Faeburrow Elder, Selvala, Heart of the Wilds, Emiel the Blessed) to power Sisay activations, assemble infinite-mana loops, and close under heavy stack protection. Primary wins are infinite-mana combos into drains, combat, or recursive value; secondary paths include Esika, God of the Tree // The Prismatic Bridge cheating threats and raw legendary board pressure. The list plays like classic cEDH Sisay-tutor, protect, combo-while the 99 still contains fully independent lines.
