This is a precision-burn Izzet spellslinger deck built around Ghyrson Starn, Kelermorph. The core loop is simple: any source you control that deals exactly 1 damage becomes a 3-damage blast thanks to Ghyrson's trigger (1 + 2). The deck packs a dense package of 1-damage pings - cheap red burn spells, creature-based "whenever you cast a noncreature spell" triggers, and repeatable pinger creatures - to turn every cantrip and removal spell into a multi-target threat.
