Deck overview

This deck is a aggressive Grixis Pirate tribal build commanded by Admiral Beckett Brass. The strategy centers on deploying low-cost, evasive Pirates during early turns to establish board presence, generate Treasure tokens, and enable raid triggers. On turn 4, casting Admiral Beckett Brass immediately threatens to steal the most impactful nonland permanent from any opponent hit by three Pirates. The mid-game scales through damage multipliers like Dire Fleet Neckbreaker and Angrath's Marauders, asymmetric board clears such as Raise the Palisade, and alternate win conditions including Revel in Riches. A compact infinite combo between Malcolm, Keen-Eyed Navigator and Glint-Horn Buccaneer provides a direct closing line. Defensively, the deck leverages high-efficiency free interaction like Fierce Guardianship, Deflecting Swat, and Deadly Rollick to safeguard its commander and maintain offensive momentum.
