Deck overview

Imotekh the Stormlord leads a mono-black artifact combo deck that converts graveyard recursion into board presence and game-ending loops. Imotekh generates two 2/2 Necron tokens whenever artifact cards leave your graveyard, creating expendable sacrifice fodder and battlefield defense. The deck primarily wins through artifact-based infinite combos. The core lines include Bolas's Citadel paired with Sensei's Divining Top and Aetherflux Reservoir to cast the library and drain opponents, or Nim Deathmantle paired with Ashnod's Altar and creatures like Wurmcoil Engine to produce infinite mana, tokens, and death triggers. Secondary lines leverage Mystic Forge storm loops or Scrap Trawler value chains to drain tables with Psychomancer.
