Deck overview

This deck is a specialized Rakdos political attrition build helmed by Blim, Comedic Genius. The primary objective is to cast Blim ahead of curve using dense 2-mana artifact acceleration, protect him with equipment, and deploy harmful permanents with severe drawbacks. Once Blim attacks and deals combat damage, he donates these toxic permanents—such as Demonic Pact, Immortal Coil, Nefarious Lich, and Aggressive Mining—to opponents while forcing the table to lose life and discard cards. Because Blim only transfers one permanent per combat, the deck eliminates opponents sequentially across multiple turns. Backup tools like Despotic Scepter and Telim'Tor's Edict provide emergency escape valves if a donate attempt is thwarted. While highly effective at punishing single targets and dismantling hand sizes, the deck requires careful timing to avoid suffering from its own self-detrimental gifts if Blim is disrupted.
