Deck overview

This Rakdos deck centers around Shadow the Hedgehog, leveraging haste-creature synergies, sacrifice outlets, and Treasure generation to create an explosive card-advantage engine. Shadow turns every dying creature with haste or flash into a fresh card, pairing seamlessly with ephemeral token producers like Chandra, Acolyte of Flame, Urabrask's Forge, and Lagomos, Hand of Hatred. Simultaneously, Shadow's Chaos Control ability grants Split Second to any spell cast using mana from an artifact, insulating key combo pieces and spells from opposing countermagic and stack interaction. The primary victory condition is the classic two-card infinite combo of Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker and Zealous Conscripts, which creates unlimited hasty attackers to eliminate the entire table in a single turn. Backup paths include mass theft via Insurrection or aristocrat drain with Warren Soultrader and Pitiless Plunderer. The list delivers high burst velocity, resilient draw loops, and decisive sudden finishes.
