Deck overview

This mono-black Zombie Aristocrats deck is led by Ghoulcaller Gisa, combining explosive token creation, continuous board control, and draining sacrifice loops. The deck focuses on assembling cheap, recursive Zombie fodder like Gravecrawler and high-power creatures such as Plague Belcher or Drivnod, Carnage Dominus, which Gisa converts into massive armies of 2/2 Zombie tokens. Meanwhile, persistent attrition engines like Grave Pact, Dictate of Erebos, and Noxious Ghoul continuously strip opposing creatures from the battlefield whenever tokens or creatures die. Sustained card advantage is maintained through death-triggered draw engines including Undead Augur, Species Specialist, and Graveborn Muse. The deck closes out games through overwhelming Zombie combat damage buffed by lords like Death Baron and Undead Warchief, mass life drain from Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, and Ayara, First of Locthwain, or explosive multi-spell turns fueled by Bolas's Citadel, Cabal Coffers, and Living Death.
