Deck overview

This deck is a Bant Stompy Midrange list helmed by Helga, Skittish Seer. The strategy revolves around deploying early mana acceleration, resolving Helga on turn 2 or 3, and continuously triggering her ability by casting creature spells with mana value 4 or greater. Each qualifying creature replaces itself in hand, gains life, and places a +1/+1 counter on Helga, which in turn fuels her tap ability to generate massive amounts of mana. As the game transitions into the midgame, the deck pivots into casting enormous threats such as Railway Brawler, Old One Eye, Canopy Gargantuan, and Eldrazi titans like Ulamog, the Defiler and Emrakul, the Exigent Doom. Defensive instants like Dawn's Truce and Shore Up keep key pieces alive against opposing removal. Without relying on infinite combos or heavy stax, the deck overwhelms the table through relentless card advantage, mana velocity, and trample combat damage.
