Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Grixis pirate tempo deck built around Admiral Beckett Brass. It plays a critical mass of cheap, mostly evasive Pirates, uses Treasure tokens to ramp into mid-cost threats, and wins by attacking with a pumped, hard-to-block crew. The commander is the payoff rather than the engine: her anthem strengthens every other Pirate, and her end-step trigger steals a permanent after three Pirates connect with the same player. Secondary paths include Port Razer plus Angrath's Marauders extra-combat burst, stolen/exiled-card synergies with Don Andres, and slow Treasure-based alternatives. Malcolm, Keen-Eyed Navigator and Breeches, Brazen Plunderer are strong value pieces in the 99 but not a hidden build-around.
