Deck overview

This is a five-color landfall value deck built around Grizzlegom, Hurloon Hero, a commander whose attack trigger scales with every basic land type. The deck's core plan is to make all lands count as every basic type (via Prismatic Omen, Dryad of the Ilysian Grove, etc.), then ride the commander's combat trigger to draw cards, make Soldier tokens, drain opponents, gain life, and grow itself. A dense package of extra-land-drop effects (Exploration, Azusa, Lost but Seeking, Oracle of Mul Daya) and landfall payoffs (Lotus Cobra, Tireless Provisioner, Field of the Dead) form the engine. The single extra-combat spell Last Night Together can double the commander's trigger in one turn. The deck lacks infinite combos, relying on overwhelming combat advantage through a growing commander, landfall tokens, and incremental life drains. Its mana base is a tuned five-color suite of ABUR duals, shocks, fetches, and triomes, but it has very few tutors and no fast mana, resulting in a midrange, value-oriented game plan.
