Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Temur cascade-and-landfall value engine helmed by Averna, the Chaos Bloom, who converts every cascade trigger into bonus land ramp by putting lands from the exiled pile onto the battlefield tapped. The primary plan is to chain cascade spells - Imoti, Celebrant of Bounty, Maelstrom Wanderer, Apex Devastator, Quandrix, the Proof - while a dense landfall package (Omnath, Locus of Rage, Rampaging Baloths, Scute Swarm, Mossborn Hydra) turns each land drop into tokens, counters, and mana. Rituals and mana doublers like Jeska's Will, Mana Flare, and Nyxbloom Ancient accelerate into the top end, and free-cast effects (One with the Multiverse, Wondrous Crucible, Improvisation Capstone) keep the chain going. The deck wins through overwhelming combat - 5/5 Elementals, Scute copies, and a hasted board via Temur Ascendancy and Maelstrom Wanderer - with Omnath, Locus of Rage's death triggers as secondary reach. It is a slow, value-dense pile with no fast combo.
