Deck overview

This Boros aggro-stax deck is engineered around Winota, Joiner of Forces. The strategy deploys cheap, non-Human attackers during the opening turns, such as Rograkh, Son of Rohgahh, Memnite, and token producers. Once Winota enters the battlefield on Turn 4, declaring attacks triggers multiple pseudo-cascade triggers that dig six cards deep for Human creatures, putting them directly onto the battlefield tapped, attacking, and indestructible. The deck breaks parity on disruptive stax pieces like Archon of Emeria and Thalia, Guardian of Thraben by cheating heavy combat multipliers like Blade Historian and Angrath's Marauders straight into play without casting them. Additionally, the deck contains an infinite combat loop using Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker and Zealous Conscripts to close games immediately if combat math is stalled.
