Deck overview

This is a Bant legendary-matters deck helmed by Peter Parker // Amazing Spider-Man. The back face, Amazing Spider-Man, grants every colored legendary spell web-slinging - a discount that returns a tapped creature you control to hand, which loops beautifully with ETB triggers and Azorius Aethermage. The deck is a legendary goodstuff pile of crossover heroes (Marvel, Final Fantasy, TMNT, Street Fighter) that wins through combat: building a board of large legendary creatures with +1/+1 counters - Doc Samson, Super Psychiatrist doubling, Leatherhead, Iron Gator, Sally Pride, Lioness Leader, Spider-Man, Miles Morales - and trampling over. Secondary lines include Together as One as a burst finisher and Earth's Mightiest Heroes to cheat creatures into play. The deck is resilient through recursion (Luminous Broodmoth, Winter Soldier, Reborn Avenger) and protection (Clever Concealment, Restoration Magic), but lacks counterspells and fast combo lines, making it a midrange value deck that wins through incremental combat advantage.
