Deck overview

This Azlask deck builds a wide board of colorless Eldrazi Scions and Drones, then converts their deaths into experience counters to fuel a single explosive pump. Azlask is the only true finisher, giving the team +X/+X and granting Scions and Spawns indestructible and annihilator 1 for a lethal alpha strike. Secondary pressure comes from value legends like Scion of Draco, Ixhel, and Scion of Darkness that reward going wide or grinding. From Beyond acts as a hidden engine, making a Scion each upkeep and tutoring an Eldrazi when needed. Without Azlask the deck makes tokens but struggles to close, so it plays as a slow, combat-focused swarm that needs time and WUBRG mana to win.
