Commander: Thranduil, the Elvenking

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a Sultai Elf-combo deck helmed by Thranduil, the Elvenking, whose defining trait is gaining every activated ability of Elf cards in the graveyard - turning him into a one-card mana battery, draw engine, and creature tutor once the yard is stocked. The primary plan is to ramp hard with Elf mana dorks, assemble infinite mana through Marwyn, the Nurturer or Priest of Titania plus Umbral Mantle (or Staff of Domination), then convert that mana into a deck-drawing loop finished by Thassa's Oracle or Laboratory Maniac. Brain Freeze offers a storm-mill alternative, and Prime Speaker Vannifar chains provide a creature-tutor path to the same pieces. A dense graveyard package (Buried Alive, Entomb, Reanimate, Evolution Witness) feeds both Thranduil's ability suite and the recursion plan, while Elf-lord token generation from Thranduil, Sindarin Liege gives a combat fallback.
