Deck overview

Five-color Sisay is a legendary-tutor combo deck. The primary plan is to develop colored legends until Sisay's power is high enough, then use her WUBRG tutor to assemble the Ioreth + Marvin + Bloom Tender infinite-mana machine. From there, Emiel blinks Tivit for endless clues and treasures while Mirkwood Bats drains the table. Secondary paths include Jodah-fueled legendary pressure and Vihaan-awakened treasure beatdown. There is no true hidden commander; Captain Sisay in the 99 acts as a redundant tutor, and Jodah, the Unifier functions as the legendary payoff.
