Deck overview

This Orzhov deck is commanded by Eriette of the Charmed Apple, combining Aura-based Voltron, enchantress card draw, pillowfort defense, and steady life-drain attrition. The deck accelerates using cost-reducers like Killian, Ink Duelist and Starfield Mystic alongside draw engines like Sram, Senior Edificer and Kor Spiritdancer. Eriette turns every Aura on the battlefield into defensive protection and an inevitable end-step life drain trigger against all opponents. Auras can be attached offensively to buff friendly creatures with All That Glitters and Light of Promise, or defensively to neutralize opposing threats with Darksteel Mutation and Sheltered by Ghosts. Life-gain doublers such as Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose and Enduring Tenacity accelerate the clock, while mass recursion cards like Retether and Mantle of the Ancients provide resilience against board wipes.
