Deck overview

This Temur Dragon Stompy deck uses green-based ramp to accelerate into high-impact Dragon threats. Commanded by Ureni of the Unwritten, the deck ramps during the first four turns to cast Ureni on Turn 5. Ureni immediately looks at the top eight cards of the library and cheats a Dragon directly onto the battlefield. Supporting enchantments like Temur Ascendancy, Garruk's Uprising, and Dragon Tempest provide haste and draw cards whenever large creatures enter. Once the Dragon engine begins, game-ending threats like Atarka, World Render and Terror of Mount Velus grant double strike to close out games across massive aerial attacks on Turn 6. Asymmetric sweepers like Breath Weapon and Thunder Dragon keep opposing boards clear of ground blockers and utility creatures while preserving the deck's flying army.
