Format: Commander

Commander: Krark, the Thumbless and Kydele, Chosen of Kruphix

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Izzet/Gruul partner deck uses Krark's coin-flip copying and Kydele's mana generation to chain instants and sorceries into a storm-like advantage engine. The primary win line is a copied X-spell like Crackle with Power or Comet Storm, boosted by Twinning Staff, Unbound Flourishing, and Harmonic Prodigy. Secondary paths include combat damage from Storm, Force of Nature or a large Tellah trigger. The deck leverages cheap cantrips, cost reducers, and rituals to build large chains, but lacks flexible spot removal and protection, making it vulnerable to hate permanents that restrict spell copying. The median goldfish win is turn 5.
