Deck overview

This Temur deck uses Magus Lucea Kane to double X-cost Hydras and Tyranids and turn them into a wide board of large counter creatures. Lucea adds two colorless mana and copies your next X spell, so an X=5 Broodlord or Hydroid Krasis becomes two bodies, draws cards, and spreads counters. Unbound Flourishing, Owlin Spiralmancer, and Zimone provide extra copies and cost reduction, while Kami of Whispered Hopes and Benevolent Hydra amplify counters. You win by attacking with trampling, flying, or unblockable threats, not by an infinite combo. Card draw from Ravenous, The Great Henge, and Garruk's Uprising keeps you refilling as you deploy a new large threat each turn.
