Phyrexian Praetors by user7777876

Format: Commander

Commander: Esika, God of the Tree // The Prismatic Bridge

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a Prismatic Bridge Praetor deck. Esika's front face is a useful mana dork, but the deck is built around casting The Prismatic Bridge on turns 3-4 and using its upkeep trigger to cheat Phyrexian Praetors and planeswalkers into play for free. A secondary land-and-untap package (Exploration, Amulet of Vigor, Cloud of Faeries, Garruk Wildspeaker) creates explosive mana to hardcast expensive spells, activate Realmbreaker, or fuel recursive sagas. The main finish is combat: Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite turns Praetors into giant attackers, Urabrask the Hidden grants haste, and Vorinclex, Monstrous Raider provides trample. There is no hidden commander; the Praetors are payoffs rather than alternate commanders.
