New Untitled Deck by Fitz825

Format: Commander

Commander: Neriv, Heart of the Storm

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Mardu Dragon tribal built around Neriv, Heart of the Storm. The primary plan is to put Neriv on the battlefield, give freshly entered Dragons haste, and attack in multiple combat phases so her replacement effect doubles every point of damage dealt by creatures that entered that turn. Secondary paths include a fragile Worldgorger Dragon plus Animate Dead blink loop with Dragon Tempest as a damage outlet, and a token-heavy grind via Lathliss, Goldlust Triad, and There and Back Again. The 99 contains Neriv, Crackling Vanguard as a hidden token/advantage engine, but the deck clearly centers on Heart of the Storm's damage doubling.
