Deck overview

This deck is an Esper control and cheat-into-play deck commanded by Yennett, Cryptic Sovereign. Its core strategy revolves around ramping in the early turns, establishing precise top-deck manipulation using tools like Sensei's Divining Top, Aminatou, the Fateshifter, and Doom Whisperer, and casting Yennett on Turn 4. On Turn 5, Yennett attacks to freely cast massive odd-cost bombs such as Void Winnower, Expropriate, Breach the Multiverse, Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite, and Toxrill, the Corrosive. These threats rapidly create asymmetric lockouts and overwhelming board advantage that close out the game over two combat cycles. The deck also features strong continuous card advantage through Rhystic Study and Esper Sentinel, efficient single-target removal, and an alternate victory path with Laboratory Maniac and Demonic Consultation if Yennett is denied.
