Deck overview

This deck executes a five-color Human tribal strategy led by Kenrith, the Returned King, combining aggressive token swarms with political incentives. Early turns focus on developing mana and establishing recurring token generators like Adeline, Resplendent Cathar, Horn of Gondor, and Faramir, Steward of Gondor. Once a wide board forms, powerful multipliers like Kyler, Sigardian Emissary, Coppercoat Vanguard, and Aragorn, King of Gondor scale the team into lethal attackers. Political tools such as Orzhov Advokist, Noble Heritage, and Gluntch, the Bestower encourage opponents to attack each other while you build board presence. Kenrith, the Returned King serves as a versatile late-game mana sink, granting trample, haste, card draw, and creature reanimation. The deck wins by overwhelming opponents through sustained, unblockable, or trampling combat damage by Turn 8.
