Commander: Kaalia of the Vast

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Mardu Kaalia deck built to accelerate Angels, Demons, and Dragons into play via Kaalia's attack trigger. Primary path cheats Master of Cruelties for a one-shot kill and uses Aurelia's extra combat to recycle Kaalia's trigger, while Isshin doubles it. Dihada serves as a secondary filter/ramp/legend-protection planeswalker, not a hidden commander. Combat damage multipliers (Gisela, Twinflame Tyrant, Bloodletter) and mass protection (Avacyn, Teferi's Protection, Akroma's Will) close out games. Reanimation gives a fallback when Kaalia is hated out. The deck has one true deterministic combo; outside it, the plan is incremental evasive beats.
