Deck overview

This is a Mardu small-creature reanimator deck. Terra, Herald of Hope is the linchpin: her Trance trigger mills two cards at combat and grants flying, while her combat-damage trigger converts those milled creatures directly into a tapped board presence. The 99 reinforces the plan with early self-mill in Stitcher's Supplier, Millikin, and Stinkweed Imp, a secondary suite of combat-reanimation engines in Alesha, Who Smiles at Death and Banon, the Returners' Leader, and a deep pile of one-shot reanimation including Reanimate, Dread Return, and Priest of Fell Rites. Victories come from incremental combat damage and Gau, Feral Youth drain, then explosively via Rise of the Dark Realms, Rejoin the Fight, or Kefka, Dancing Mad's free spells from opponents' graveyards. There are no infinite combos; the game plan is to grind value through the graveyard, protect Terra with Swiftfoot Boots and a handful of instant-speed answers, and finish with a hasty reanimated wave.
