Deck overview

This is a Naya "artifact-lands" deck built around Toph, the First Metalbender, who turns every nontoken artifact into a land and creates a hasty land creature at each end step via earthbend. The deck blends that artifact/land crossover with the earthbend mechanic to assemble an enormous land-based army, then wins through either a Sylvan Awakening alpha strike or a Wake the Past mass-recursion turn in which each returned artifact enters as a land and triggers the deck's landfall payoffs. Bumi, Unleashed adds an extra combat that untaps all lands and lets only land creatures attack again, while Omnath, Locus of Rage, Rampaging Baloths, Alibou, Ancient Witness, and Tannuk, Memorial Ensign convert those landfall triggers into bodies, burn, and reach. The plan is midrange: ramp to Toph, stock the battlefield with artifact-lands and +1/+1 counters, then explode in one large multi-combat turn.
