Deck overview

This deck is a Naya Equipment Voltron strategy helmed by Cloud, Ex-SOLDIER. The primary game plan focuses on setting up high-impact equipment in the opening turns, casting Cloud on Turn 4 to attach an equipment for free, and attacking immediately thanks to native haste. Once Cloud attacks with 7 or greater power, he draws cards and produces two Treasure tokens every combat, creating self-sustaining mana velocity and card flow. The deck accelerates its damage clock using double strike and extra combat steps from cards like Reyav, Master Smith, Embercleave, Tifa, Martial Artist, and Genji Glove. Robust equipment tutors ensure access to key offensive weapons and defensive tools like Commander's Plate and Lightning Greaves. While the deck excels at fast single-target eliminations and resilient combat aggression, it relies heavily on sorcery-speed wipes for interaction and remains vulnerable to heavy artifact removal and repeated creature disruption.
