Dance of the Elements v1.1 by BladeRunner

Format: Commander

Commander: Ashling, the Limitless

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Ashling, the Limitless turns every Elemental permanent spell cast from hand into a four-mana evoke spell, and every sacrifice of a nontoken Elemental into a temporary hasty copy. The primary plan is to grind value with Risen Reef, Panharmonicon, Yarok, and Molten Echoes, then win through a wide Plant/Elemental battlefield after Maelstrom Wanderer grants haste. Horde of Notions and Muldrotha act as recursion lieutenants, while the Encore Incarnations give late-game burst. The commander is the cost-reduction and token engine, not the actual finisher.
