New Untitled Deck by user7631260

Format: Commander

Commander: Rikku, Resourceful Guardian

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a mono-blue +1/+1 counter and proliferate value engine helmed by Rikku, Resourceful Guardian. The commander's first ability turns any creature you put counters on into an unblockable threat, which supercharges the deck's combat-damage draw package (Coastal Piracy, Bident of Thassa, Reconnaissance Mission, Piper Wright, Publick Reporter), while his Steal ability lets you yoink counters off opposing creatures. The core plan is to deploy a dense suite of "whenever you draw a card, put a +1/+1 counter" engines (Chasm Skulker, Oneirophage, Baxter, Fly in the Ointment, Iron Man, Armored Avenger, Kid Loki), then proliferate and double counters with Flux Channeler, Inexorable Tide, Deepglow Skate, and Aetheric Amplifier. Wins come from Twenty-Toed Toad's alternate condition, Psychosis Crawler drain, or unblockable combat with token swarms.
