Deck overview

Ezio Auditore da Firenze is the cheapest and most explosive commander in the deck: a two-mana 3/2 menace that makes every Assassin spell cost just {B}{B} with freerunning after you connect, and whose combat trigger can end a player the moment they are at 10 or less life. The deck is a five-color Assassin "life-total manipulation" tempo-combo build: it sets opponents to or near 10 with halving effects like Quietus Spike, Virtus the Veiled, Unstoppable Slasher, Grievous Wound, Tree of Perdition, Sorin Markov, and Magister Sphinx, then sends Ezio in to pay {W}{U}{B}{R}{G} and kill. Ramses, Assassin Lord upgrades that single-player kill into an immediate game win. A backup table-kill package exists in Heartless Hidetsugu with Wound Reflection or Bloodletter of Aclazotz, and a 40-land dual-heavy mana base with Demonic Tutor-class consistency keeps the plan fast.
