Ingris Stingerquill commands an aggressive Rakdos burn-swarm deck designed to weaponize wide attack steps into table-wide noncombat damage. By curving out with evasive, low-mana creatures such as Changeling Outcast, Rograkh, Son of Rohgahh, and Tormented Soul, the deck establishes immediate offensive pressure before deploying Ingris Stingerquill on Turn 3.
