Deck overview

This Grixis artifact deck is commanded by Mishra, Eminent One, focusing on generating compounding card advantage and board presence by turning noncreature artifacts into 4/4 Construct creatures with haste each combat. The deck accelerates through a dense package of 2-CMC mana rocks and artifact lands, establishing an early engine on Turn 4 by copying cantrip artifacts like Ichor Wellspring and Prized Statue. As the game progresses, it transitions into oppressive value and combat threats by copying heavy artifacts like Portal to Phyrexia, Coveted Jewel, and Skysovereign, Consul Flagship. Victory is secured around Turn 8 through animated artifact alpha strikes via Cyberdrive Awakener, token swarms via Brudiclad, Telchor Engineer, or lethal life drain via Marionette Master. While resilient to single-target removal through recursion engines like Emry, Lurker of the Loch, the deck remains vulnerable to table-wide artifact sweepers.
