Deck overview

This deck is a high-synergy Izzet Artifact Storm build commanded by Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain. The primary objective is to ramp into Jhoira by turn 3 or 4, establish cost reduction through cards like Etherium Sculptor, Foundry Inspector, and Semblance Anvil, and then unleash a rapid succession of low-cost and zero-mana historic spells. Each historic cast draws a card through Jhoira, digging through the library while floating mana with Birgi, God of Storytelling, Krark-Clan Ironworks, or Lotus Petal. The sequence culminates in a single-turn win via Aetherflux Reservoir laser damage across all three opponents or a Laboratory Maniac empty-library victory. Redundant engines such as Mystic Forge, The Reality Chip, and Vedalken Archmage offer strong plan independence. While backed by cheap countermagic, the deck is vulnerable to resolved anti-artifact stax pieces and instant-speed creature removal.
