Deck overview

This deck is a four-color Polymorph strategy led by Jace, Multiverse Architect. The primary plan relies on early ramp and noncreature token generators—such as Skrelv's Hive, Staff of the Storyteller, and Lingering Souls—to create disposable fodder. On Turn 4, Jace enters the battlefield and immediately uses his −3 loyalty ability to exile a token and cheat a massive creature bomb directly into play from the library. High-impact targets include Archon of Cruelty for immediate resource attrition, Serra's Emissary for blanket board protection, and Archfiend of Despair to double damage and prevent opposing life gain. In the midgame, mass-cheat spells like Mass Polymorph and Synthetic Destiny convert multiple tokens into a lethal air force. The deck supports this game plan with efficient exile spot removal and asymmetric sweepers such as Ruinous Ultimatum, closing the game through evasive combat damage by Turn 7.
