Deck overview

This mono-blue deck is spearheaded by Alandra, Sky Dreamer, turning high-density card draw into a swarm of evasive 2/2 flying Drakes. Rather than pursuing combo finishes, the deck relies on chaining cheap cantrips and efficient three-card draw spells to reliably trigger Alandra's token generation on Turn 5. By Turn 7, the deck aims to draw five cards in a single turn, triggering Alandra's overrun effect to pump the Drake squad by hand size and begin eliminating players with massive aerial damage. Secondary threats like Ominous Seas, Chasm Skulker, and Psychosis Crawler capitalize on the identical draw engine. While the deck boasts immense card velocity and impressive board-wide buffs, it is inherently vulnerable to mass creature removal and lacks proactive stax to slow down faster tables.
