Angels by ItsElijah

Format: Commander

Commander: Liesa, Shroud of Dusk

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Liesa, Shroud of Dusk headlines a drain and tax midrange strategy that punishes opponent actions while keeping your life total high. Because Liesa bypasses traditional commander tax with life payments, you can maintain continuous pressure even after removal. The deck controls the board with airborne Angel threats, stax pieces like Ghostly Prison and Authority of the Consuls, and targeted removal. It closes games through consistent aerial combat damage amplified by Liesa cast-tax triggers, a massive Exsanguinate, or the infinite life-drain combo between Bloodthirsty Conqueror and Marauding Blight-Priest. Extensive recursion ensures long-term viability across extended multiplayer games.
